The world is complex. At any given moment there are systems, teams, families and individuals at work, rest, and play. Like a web, patterns emerge that strengthen or weaken connections and progress. Learn to see patterns; and possibilities will be revealed.
We are never done learning. In complex systems, iterative learning is the architect of progress. Find actions with the most impact. Do them. Learn from them. Resilience is a your next wise action.
Power derived from control is dehumanizing. Power cultivated through joint exploration and decision-making is, well, powerful. Collective progress requires collaborative models to consider patterns and possibilities. Let resilience be a group endeavor and humans will thrive.
